Laurice Tabet, who grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York. After graduation Laurice continued her studies with a concentration in interior design, so, it is no surprise that she has transitioned her career into the luxury real estate market because real estate creates a perfect blend of her strengths and passions. After moving to Miami five and a half years ago, Ms. Tabet has become an expert in the luxury condominium market with a focus in the Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables markets. Kamal Louis, who is from Miami, Florida, holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality, Hotel, & Lodging Management.  Mr. Louis is currently pursuing a Corporate Masters of Business Administration from Florida International University’s Chapman Graduate School of Business, with an expected graduation date of December 2017.  He is also a licensed community association manager as of February 2015, and a licensed real estate agent as of November 2016.  Mr. Louis is excited to embark in this new facet of his career as a real estate agent, and he plans on focusing in residential luxury condominiums in the areas of Golden Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Midtown, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and the beaches.  As Mr. Louis’ real estate skills develop, he plans on venturing in commercial real estate as well.
