Icon Brickell is located along Biscayne Bay with 1000 feet of waterfrontage. The ten acre property of this residential building offers private residences and indoor and outdoor amenities. The lush parks and walking paths provide a secluded opportunity to enjoy the bayfront location as well as the Brickell neighborhood.
1. It was built by the best
The Icon Brickell building was designed by the well-known firm Arquitectonica. This gives the building it’s empowering stature and iconic silhouette. The interiors were inspired by Yoo by Phillipe Starck.
2. With ancient inspiration
The joining of the building and interior design can be seen from the moment you enter the Icon Brickell premises. Upon your arrival you’re greeted by a two story entrance with 100 columns along the driveway that were modeled after the Easter Island heads. These columns provide a soft glow to the space after sunset and are the first introduction to the urban-chic lifestyle Icon Brickell offers.
3. A small town could fit inside
The Icon Brickell building is made up of a series of towers, two residential towers and one condo-hotel. These towers contain 1,648 residential units and 162 hotel units for a combined 1,800 units for short-term and long-term living. There are a variety of floorplans and unit sizes from studios to three bedrooms, 495 square feet to 2,600.
4. There’s something for everyone
All the units within Icon Brickell are unique and feature an ultra-contemporary design. The high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows highlight the prime location while the tinted glass keeps the unit cool and energy-efficient. Each terrace has glass railings which create a cohesive view both from the balcony and from the inside looking out. The master bathroom and kitchen are great opportunities for luxury amenities. The bathroom features limestone and jet tubs, while the kitchen has Italian cabinets, stone countertops, and high end appliances.
5. It has an outdoor living room
The outdoor amenities at Icon Brickell are so luxurious they create a resort style living experience. On the 15th floor, 100 stories above the city and overlooking Biscayne Bay, there is a two acre landscaped outdoor living room. This is accessible to both residential towers as well as the residences at the hotel. The space has mosaic carpeting, recreational areas, and a pool deck. The pool area has three pools to choose from, a cafe, towel service, and a 12 foot outdoor fireplace.
6. But you could stay inside and never get bored
The indoor amenities at Icon Brickell begin with the spa, a 28,000 square foot space with a juice bar, treatment rooms, and aqua-therapy lounge. There’s also a fitness center, Pilates studio, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area. For those looking to relax with a good book there is a library bordering the pool, and a 30 person private theater for your own custom film showings.
