The Icon Brickell building was designed by the well-known firm Arquitectonica. This gives the building it’s empowering stature and iconic silhouette. The interiors were inspired by Yoo by Phillipe Starck.

The joining of the building and interior design can be seen from the moment you enter the Icon Brickell premises. Upon your arrival you’re greeted by a two story entrance with 100 columns along the driveway that were modeled after the Easter Island heads. These columns provide a soft glow to the space after sunset and are the first introduction to the urban-chic lifestyle Icon Brickell offers.

The Icon Brickell building is made up of a series of towers, two residential towers and one condo-hotel. These towers contain 1,648 residential units and 162 hotel units for a combined 1,800 units for short-term and long-term living. There are a variety of floorplans and unit sizes from studios to three bedrooms, 495 square feet to 2,600.
