The condo building known as Flatiron Brickell stands at 1001 South Miami Avenue and is 65 stories tall with over 350 condo units. The building was developed by Ugo Colombo and designed by Luis Revuelta, with design inspiration drawn from the historic Flatiron Building in New York City’s Manhattan. The architectural design uses curves and glass to create movement as well as spacious condo units.
